Lexie is fantastic! -
She was recommended to us through a friend for our engagement photos and we knew from the second we saw her work that she was our girl! She helped us through all the stages of planing , picking a location , suggesting outfits and coordinating poses! When I had a small wardrobe malfunction durning the shoot, she was right there to help! The way she photographed us combined with her editing you would have never knew it happened! She truly saved the day!
We loved our engagement photos and the experience so much there was no question who we’d trust to shoot our wedding! She’s one of a Kind-
We hadn’t had professional photos taken since we got married many, many years ago, so I was a little nervous about the process. Finding a photographer these days can feel very different than it used to, but then we came across Lexie’s work through some photos we saw on Facebook and we are so glad we did!
From the very beginning, Lexie was incredibly easy to communicate with. She was so patient and helpful as we planned everything. She made the entire experience feel comfortable and enjoyable, and she truly captured the most stunning images of my husband and I.

Lexie made me feel beautiful -
I honestly don’t even know where to begin because I had such wonderful experiences with lexie ! I never did a creative photoshoot like the one we did before. I was a little nervous and didn’t really know what to expect. But lexie has this incredible way about her that immediately makes you feel safe and comfortable ! She made me laugh, she made me feel beautiful and most importantly she made me feel empowered.
For the first time I wasn’t worried about how I looked or if I was posing “right” . I was able to let go and have fun! I walked away from that shoot feeling more confident then when I walked in! There is something special about finding someone who doesn’t just take beautiful photos but makes you feel beautiful! Lexie has that gift!
If you’re nervous about doing a photoshoot, especially if you never did one before, I can not recommend lexie enough!

We loved our photos -
When we got married 10 years ago we didn’t have photos taken at our wedding. So we knew that for our 10 year vow renewal we really wanted someone who would go above and beyond to help us get the prettiest photos! Lexie did just that!
She captured the most beautiful photos of our ceremony! She also helped to pose and guid us through all of our photos after (thank goodness since we tend to be so awkward, but you’d never know because of her!) She helped make the whole day feel fun and special! Our photos came out so beautiful she truly captured our love for each other , not just what we look like.
And now thanks to her, we’ll have photos that we can look back at in another 10 years and love just as much as we do now! We give Lexie and her business Monochrome creative a 10 out of 10!

Lexie did my daughter Emily’s senior photos and she knocked it out of the park! Emily has always been an edgy girl and we wanted some on who could help to give her senior photos that would match her vibe!
Lexie spent so much time with us and sent so many suggestions and examples of locations to help find the perfect one! She was able to look around and find the coolest little spots to really fit with the idea Emily was going for! She was so kind and patient with Emily and really took the time to get to know her and help her express her self through these photos!
In the past , my daughter has felt awkward and nervous with photographers and having her photo taken but with lexie it was totally different! She helped to bring her out of her shell and really capture HER! Emily wants lexie to do all of her photos from here on out!
We were SO happy with the product and the amount of photos Lexie delivered to us! She even went above and beyond to get Emily’s photos done quicker than normal so we could put her official senior photo in her school year book!

We have been taking anniversary photos with lexie for 5 years now, so it was a no brainer for who I wanted to help photograph our proposal.
I reached out to her privately and she helped me to coordinate everything perfectly. Not going to lie, I was so nervous. But lex really helped me to work out all of the details and took a lot of weight off my shoulders. She’s a great actress too, She really had my fiancé believing we were just there for our annual anniversary photos!
She set up a whole play by play of how the shoot would go with me before hand. Then when the time came she set us up in the perfect position to get the best shot of her reaction when I proposed. She was so calm and didn’t miss a beat. Gracie was so surprised.
We are both so incredibly thankful for her. She made the planning so easy and helped everything to go so smoothly. We are so grateful for her for capturing this moment for us to have forever.
